At CureAllign, we aim to provide high-quality dental services. Payments made for consultations, dental treatments, or home dental services are generally non-refundable once the service has been provided.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. In such cases, your payment may be adjusted toward a future appointment.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in special situations, including:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake
• Service cancellation initiated by CureAllign
• Technical errors during payment processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
